The Sherbet Foundation is a registered Charity (No. 1127033) governed by independent
Trustees.
An individual subject to enforcement action due to financial hardship can apply
to the Sherbet Foundation for an essential household item to help alleviate stress
and improve quality of life for them and their family.
How can the Sherbet Foundation Help?
The following list of items can be applied for:

Please tell us how you have been affected by enforcement action. For example if you have been visited by bailiffs please tell us which company and for what sort of debt. This might be council tax or a county court judgment.

to the best of my knowledge. I authorise The Sherbet Foundation to contact me directly

I understand that the decisions of the Trust are final and that there is no appeals

When filling in the application form, it is very important that you give us as much
information as possible about your circumstances.

All the information you provide will be kept in strict confidence and will not be
passed to anyone without your permission.

Please do not forget to sign the declaration in section 4 above - if you do not
sign it, we cannot assess your application.

you with information about their work or share your details with them so that they
